What we collect
When you request an estimate, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number (optional), company (optional), property address or city, the services you are interested in, project details and any photos you attach. We also receive basic technical information any website receives, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare an estimate and communicate about the work. We do not sell your information.
Who handles it
Quote requests are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider (Resend). The site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides privacy-focused page analytics and performance measurement. If we enable Google Analytics, it will collect usage information in line with Google’s own policies. We may also pass a request to a customer-relationship tool we use to manage leads.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. If we enable Google Analytics, it may use cookies or similar technologies to measure site use.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to keep ordinary business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent us by contacting us through the contact form.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
