Why we exist
Commercial pavement, handled start to finish
Commercial pavement is a lifecycle: it is built, protected, repaired and eventually resurfaced. Property managers and HOA boards should not have to stitch that together from separate vendors.
Lockhart plans and manages that lifecycle under one estimate and one point of contact, for commercial and HOA properties across the Phoenix metro.
The company is new, and we would rather say so than dress it up. What we bring is a commercial focus, a clear way of working, and leadership from a qualifying party with extensive Valley paving experience.
How we work
Clear scope. Honest recommendations.
Every estimate states what is included and who performs each part of the work. Lockhart manages every project. Some scopes are performed by our own crews and others by qualified specialty subcontractors that we coordinate, and we say which is which.
We recommend the smaller job when it is the right job. If your lot needs sealcoating and not a resurfacing, that is what we will tell you.
We work on commercial and HOA properties only. We do not take residential driveway work.
Credentials
Licensing and insurance
Ask any paving contractor for an Arizona contractor license number and a certificate of insurance before you hire. We encourage it.
